Metropolitan’s Visit to St. James Mar Thoma Church of Rockland
His Grace the Most. Rev. Dr. Joseph Mar Thoma Metropolitan and Rt. Rev. Dr. Geevarghese Mar Theodosius Episcopa visited St. James Mar Thoma church of Rockland on fortieth Friday, March 30, 2012. His Grace the Metropolitan celebrated the Holy Communion and delivered the word of God. Metropolitan spoke from St. Matthew 4: 1-11. His Grace has emphasized the significance of the word of God in overcoming temptation.

The maiden visit of the Metropolitan to St. James Mar Thoma church was a great blessing and encouragement to the parishioners. The Parish received both the Thirumenis with great enthusiasm and love. Parish trustees Mr. John Mathew and Mr. Alex Mathew received Thirumenis with welcome bouquets.
