Birth Place of Shakespeare

Visit to the Birth place of Shakespeare
Mar Theodosius along with Rev Abraham Mathew, vicar of St Thomas Mar Thoma Parish, Bristol and his
family visited Shakespeare’s Birthplace. This is in Henley Street in the center of Stratford -upon-Avon.

The visit will help one to see where the genius was born and grew up. The rooms there will help to
imagine where he dreamed and where he slept. For thousands of Shakespeare enthusiasts, this house is
a shrine.
32
The Nasha’s house occupied by Shakespeare during his later years is at a walking distance. There one
can watch the Archeologists at work as they uncover more about the place and the life of the person.

One can also enjoy the horticultural designs of Elizabethan Knot Garden. Hall’s Croft is the Jacobean
home of Shakespeare’s daughter Susanna and her husband Dr. John Hall, the wealthy physician of the
time.
